My credit card keeps declining when attempting to place an order on the Pocket NC website. Why is that and what can I do?

It is common for banks/card issuers to block transactions over a certain amount in order to minimize the chance of fraudulent charges. If your payment is declined, reach out to your bank or card issuer and let them know that you are attempting to process this transaction. Afterwards, the transaction is likely to go through. 

If you reach out to us we can give you the code that is triggering the decline, but will likely be unable to resolve the issue directly. We can however issue you a PayPal invoice or quote for another method of payment.
